The Jack Sparrow Outfit

With your flowing cream shirt, your black pants and your black vest already on, it is time for your sash. Make
sure your shirt is tucked in and your shirt collar hangs over your vest.
It is easier to tie a rope around your waste covering your vest; this prevents the sash from moving. Sew a loop to the underside of your sash about three quarters of the way along.
Place the loop on your hip and bring the shorter end of your sash around your front and back covering bottom of shirt and top of pants. Tuck the shorter end into the loop that you sewed on earlier and pull it tight.
Now bring the longer side of the sash around your back and front to meet up with your shorter end at your hip. If it is very long you can wrap it a couple of times.
To secure it even further you can place a safety pin at the bottom and one at the top where the sash meets on your hip. Place the pins on the underside so they are hidden, but add extra support.

You will now need to add your belt which has the vermin pelts on it. Place the buckles slightly off center to the right with your pelts hanging to the right hand side. You can remove the safety pins now if you want, but it is suggested to keep them on to secure the sash.
Take the belt around and buckle, Take the belt strap and tuck it up and under the belt, over the top and through the loop, so it hangs down to the right hand side in front of the pelts. If it is too long, you can loop it a few times.
Now take the long side of the sash and fold it in half, tuck it under the belt and bring it up without pulling the ends through. Allow to hang over your belt and even the ends of both the long and short sash ends.
Last piece is your flower or Anna Marie belt which has your chicken foot and snake vertebrae on it. The chicken foot is attached to the loop on the side of the center bar, while your snake vertebra is attached behind the buckle.
Place the Anna Marie belt buckle over the loop where you tied your first belt. It should be slightly to the side of your first belt, wrap it around, under the vermin pelt and under your sash loop.
Tie the ends as before, looping up and over and through the loop. Tie as many times as necessary.
You should now look like Jack Sparrow.
